Q.
I like that you offer 24-hour access, how does that work?
A. Once you become a member, we give you a hard plastic
device called a Prox Key Tag. To get inside the club, you
simply point your Prox Key Tag at the tag reader that is
mounted on the outside of the club, just to the left of
the entry doors. This will unlock the entry door for five
seconds, allowing you to enter the club. Once inside the
club, the door will close and lock behind you. When you
are finished working out, a sensor will see you approaching
the door allowing you to exit the club. By the way, the
lights are always on in the club, and the music is always
playing.
Q.
I have very little experience working out. Will someone
show me how?
A. Yes, we are experienced in all levels of fitness. We
have over 25 years of experience behind us. If you are just
beginning for the first time, we can help you take those
first important steps in the right direction. We have worked
with individuals just looking to lose a few extra inches
and others who have needed to lose as much as 100 pounds.
Many of our past clients wanted to gain weight…in
the form of muscle of course, and we helped them succeed.
We have even helped advanced athletes prepare for competition.
Most importantly, we can help you achieve your fitness goals.

Okay, how long will it take for me to see results?
A. Good question, and our answer always is…that depends
on you! We’re not going to sugar coat it. We tell
you how it is. We provide you with everything to make the
results happen. The club is available to you anytime, so
not finding the time to workout can no longer be an excuse.
It is your job to discipline yourself to get to the gym.
If you will commit to working out just 2 to 3 days per week
for 30 to 45 minutes you can expect to see positive results,
both mentally and physically.

Fair enough, so what kind of results can I expect if I stick
with it?
A. There are many benefits that you can expect from a regular

We offer a short term membership that is good for up to
three months for $149.
PRO
FITNESS USA is a 21 and older fitness club; therefore, we
do not offer a family membership package. In that regard,
we would like to thank you for your understanding.
