Dave Webster has been involved with weight training most of his life.  He began training with weights in 1980 and has continued off and on ever since. He has trained in various commercial gyms throughout his lifting career.

Dave's been a resident of Mount Vernon for the last 21 years and before he moved to Mount Vernon, Dave lived in the New England area where he was born and raised.  Dave moved to Mount Vernon in 1989 after his discharge from the U.S. Air Force.

Dave is married to Nancy, and has 3 boys ages 17, 15 and 11.

Occupation: Dave is the Veteran's Service Officer for Knox County.
