Complimentary Personal Training Session For All NEW Members...

When you first join us at Pro Fitness USA, you are eligible for a complimentary training session. During this session, we will design a workout routine based on your current fitness level and your fitness goals. We will then take you through the routine step-by-step.

We will teach you:

  • Proper breathing.
  • Proper exercise form.
  • Proper exercise technique.
  • Which muscles are targeted with the various exercises we include in your routine.

We will show you:

  • How to achieve and sustain proper target heart rate for burning body fat when using the cardio machines. (We use a mathematical formula and take a special approach to cardio training.)

Most Importantly... each of the machines in our selectorized training circuit require one or two adjustments to fit your body correctly. We make certain that the machines included in your routine fits you bio-mechanically correct. We then write this information down in your workout diary. This takes the guesswork out of the equation. You can rest assured that we'll have you training like a professional at Pro Fitness USA.
