Your membership may be cancelled by you for any reason before midnight of the third business day after the day upon which you joined and received your initial service. If you cancel during this period you will receive a full refund for any money you have paid for your membership.

If you are unhappy with a product, please let us know within 10 days of
purchase and we will refund your money minus a 25% restocking fee.

Policy on Bootcamps,Seminars, Workshops, etc.

If Pro Fitness USA does not deliver as promised on bootcamps, seminars and workshops, please submit your request for refund or credit within 7 days of the event.
