- Custom routine designed and developed based on your current fitness level and fitness goals. We will take you through everything, step-by-step.
- Training sessions are goal specific based on your needs and desires. Whether you want to lose fat, gain muscle, build strength, tone and firm, improve for a particular sport, or a combination of all these... we will gladly help and assist you in meeting these goals. Your success is our success!
- Performance nutrition information and/or weight management nutritional information to help you reach your ultimate goals.
We offer the following personal training packages:
1-Hour Sessions
1 Session - $35
6 Sessions - $210
12 Sessions - $420
24 Sessions - $840
Best results are obtained when you commit to a multiple training session package.
Single sessions are best reserved for fine-tuning your workouts after you have had prior training experience under the guidance of a professional personal trainer.
